We have analysed dozens of roles over the years including: civil engineers, product managers, buyers, project managers, fitness instructors, life coaches, sales executives, bank managers (retail & investment), food technologists, coffee shop managers, children’s shoe fitters, training consultants, nursery managers and many more. It’s a facilitated discussion. The output of the discussion is analysed, probed and framed as standards. We also strengthen the output by comparing against relevant external qualifications and standards.
